₹30,000 PhonePe UPI Deposit Missing in Tashanwin Account

I made a deposit of ₹30,000 from my Bank of Baroda account via PhonePe UPI on 26/12/2025 to my Tashanwin account, but the amount has been debited from my bank and has still not been credited to my Tashanwin ID 3419430. The transaction was completed through PhonePe, and the UTR/transaction reference number is 522970131850. When I contacted Bank of Baroda regarding this issue, they informed me that the amount has been successfully transferred to the Tashanwin platform. However, my Tashanwin balance has not increased, and I have not received the ₹30,000 in my account on the platform. I request that this transaction be urgently checked using the given UTR number and that the missing ₹30,000 be credited to my Tashanwin ID 3419430 as soon as possible, or the amount be refunded to my Bank of Baroda account if it has not been received by Tashanwin.
