The Discount Promised At the Karaca Pop-Up Store Was Not Applied

I visited the newly opened Karaca Pop-Up store at Novaland Shopping Mall in Konya and was interested in the Osna model glass set. When I asked about the price, a store employee checked at the register and informed me it was ₺5,000, and with a 25% discount, the total would be ₺3,750. Relying on this information, I carefully inspected each piece and decided to purchase the set. However, at checkout just minutes later, I was told the discount was no longer valid due to a system change. This was surprising, especially since the store had been promoted by local influencers with the slogan “25% flat discount in store,” and discount signage was displayed throughout the store. Employees also verbally confirmed the discount. In this situation, either Karaca as a brand is misleading customers, or the staff misled me—possibly to purchase the item for themselves—by refusing to honor the price they initially offered. As a result, I left without purchasing the product and felt deceived and inconvenienced. My request is simple: I would like to buy the product at the originally promised discounted price of ₺3,750. If it has already been sold, I kindly ask that Karaca investigate whether it was purchased by a customer or a store employee, and whether it was sold at full price or with a discount.
