H&M Pricing Predicament: Over 10x the Sticker Price at Checkout
On November 18, 2023, I went to the H&M store in Bodrum Midtown to get a jacket for my daughter. We chose a jacket she liked and went to the checkout. We were told by the cashier that we couldn't buy it for the price listed on the tag. Y****** ****, who identified herself as the store manager, informed us that we would have to pay 1,099 TL instead of the marked 109 TL if we wanted to purchase it. Despite my protests that this was an unacceptable situation and that I was not to blame for the mistake, the sale was not completed. My daughter, who witnessed the argument, was furious. I am requesting that you compensate me for this situation.
