Gratis Staff Treated Me Rudely and Threw Me Out of the Store

On September 5, 2025, at the Gratis store in Düzce Krempark Mall, I was treated rudely and mockingly by the cashier. When I reported this incident to the store manager, I was told to “be patient” and then thrown out of the store. I have occasionally faced similar negative behavior at this store, and I am now deeply uncomfortable with it. I request that necessary action be taken regarding the staff and that I be provided with a response on the matter.
