I purchased the Karaca Multichef artisan digital screen 7 liter cast iron stand mixer in black with a power of 1800w on July 28, 2024 through the Karaca application. Unfortunately, the shipment has not been sent out yet. When I reached out to customer service, they assured me that they are actively working on providing the product. I'm confused about how you manage to sell products that are not in stock. I kindly ask for a prompt response regarding the matter. We will submit the required application to the Ministry of Trade regarding the matter. It is important to ensure that businesses and transactions are conducted in accordance with the law and prioritize the well-being of consumers.
