On July 3, 2025, I placed an order on Amazon for the Karaca Powercast Chef Stand Mixer Blue & Purple, completing the payment at checkout. The expected delivery date was July 5, but the product was never delivered. When I checked the order status, I was shocked to see that the product had been deleted from my orders, and the payment was refunded to my bank account without any explanation.
No one from Amazon informed me why this order was canceled. I have shopped from many online platforms, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such an arbitrary and unexplained cancellation after completing payment. This behavior is unacceptable in professional commerce and goes against basic consumer rights and business ethics.
I demand that Amazon provide a clear and reasonable explanation for why my fully paid order was canceled without my consent or prior notice. I also expect them to take responsibility for this inconvenience and ensure that similar issues do not happen again. This experience has made me reconsider trusting Amazon for future purchases. Please address this complaint promptly and transparently.
