Karaca Order Delayed Over Ten Days - No Shipping Update
On 12.11.2025, I placed an online order with the number 93098616. During the purchase, it was stated that the product would be shipped within 2 days, so I expected to receive it within 5 days at the latest. However, more than 10 days have passed and my order still has not been delivered. Not only was the promised timeframe not respected, but no satisfactory update was provided about the delay either. I tried to explain my issue through Karaca’s so-called support line, but the communication process was extremely unprofessional. The representatives I spoke with seemed completely unaware of the situation or how the company operates, and they gave no impression that they genuinely cared about helping customers. I had to wait more than an hour for a simple four-line conversation, with each of my messages being answered after 20–30 minutes. In the end, no concrete solution was offered—just a waste of my time and energy. I expect a company that keeps its promises, respects its customers, understands its own processes, and genuinely aims to solve problems. I request that my order be shipped urgently, that an explanation be provided regarding the delay and communication issues, and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent this type of inconvenience from happening again.
