I Still Have Not Received the Paid Spare Part From Karaca

I purchased a product from the Karaca store about a year ago, and during regular use, it broke. About a month and a half ago, I requested a replacement part from the same store. The store staff told me the part would arrive at the store within 20 business days and that they would call me. They also mentioned that if I didn’t hear from them, I should call customer service. Since I didn’t receive any updates from either the store or Karaca customer service, I called the customer service line. They told me the part was in the shipping process and had been delayed due to high demand. When I followed up a month after my initial request, customer service said I needed to contact the store. I called the store, and they said it wasn’t their responsibility and that the issue was with the head office. Finally, yesterday—after a month and a half—I was contacted by Karaca customer service, and they informed me that the product is manufactured at specific intervals. When I asked about the timeline, they said there was a system issue and they would check and get back to me. Today, they informed me that I can expect to receive the product in September. When I expressed how inconvenient this has been, they said I could return the product. However, I’ve had this product for nearly a year, so I asked how that would work but they had no answer. I want to clarify that I didn’t request this spare part for free; I paid for it.
