Karaca Canceled My Order Without Consent to Sell the Cup Set at a Higher Price
Karaca returned my product without my consent just to sell it at a higher price. I purchased a cup set from Karaca Züccaciye via Trendyol for around ₺1100-₺1200 during a discount. They didn’t even ship the product for 2-3 weeks. Then, out of nowhere, I received a return notification. When I checked, I saw that the price had increased to ₺1500-₺1600. I never requested a return, nor did I approve it. I immediately contacted customer service, but they told me that the product could not be shipped and that only a refund was possible. A return without my approval. It is unacceptable for a company like Karaca to chase after an extra ₺200-₺300 and inconvenience customers just to sell the product for a little more.
