Turkcell Unauthorized Contract Renewal

Without my permission, Turkcell renewed my contract and raised the price by 150₺. They wouldn't cancel it when I contacted to tell them about it. I don't get how a business can act this way after I made it plain that I didn't want the renewal. Their customer service makes it seem like they don't care about fixing the problem or treating customers fairly. I feel let down and taken advantage of because I've trusted them for a long time. They're not helpful; they're charging me more and ignoring my plea. I sincerely wish I hadn't chosen Turkcell in this case.

And they shamelessly wrote here that we called and talked, but why didn’t you write that you couldn’t offer a solution when you called? I reported you to Consumer Rights, don’t worry, I’m talking about you and telling everyone what you did in my shop and everywhere else.
