Karaca Sold Me a Defective 3 in 1 Teapot and Refuses to Fix It

The Çay Sever 3 in 1 teapot I purchased from Karaca, with an invoice, cracked while pouring tea after brewing last month. Its sudden breakage while pouring tea both scared me and caused a minor burn on my hand. When I reported the issue to Karaca, they were extremely unresponsive and even demanded a fee for repair or a solution. It is unacceptable that they not only produce such a low-quality product but also expect me to pay for their fault. I have decided to take this matter to the consumer court. Currently, I cannot use the teapot because the upper pot is completely unusable due to the crack, and I am highly dissatisfied with this situation.
