Kappa Suitcase Handle Was Broken on the First Day

On 03/27/2026, I purchased a Kappa suitcase from the BİM store located on Ataman Street in the Fındıklı neighborhood of Maltepe, Istanbul. When I brought the suitcase home, I noticed that the pull handle would not move up or down at all. In other words, the telescopic handle of the suitcase was defective and completely unusable from the very first day.

Without ever using the product, I returned to the same BİM store on the same day with my receipt and requested an exchange. However, the store employees told me they could not assist me and refused to replace the defective suitcase, leaving me frustrated and disappointed as a customer.

I want this defective Kappa suitcase, which was faulty from the moment of purchase, to be replaced with a new one or for another acceptable solution to be provided according to my request. I also request to be contacted by authorized representatives regarding this issue and expect my complaint and financial inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
