Bestway Air Mattress Comes Apart at the Seams After Limited Use
On May 11, 2025, I purchased a Bestway Airbed queen-size inflatable mattress set through A101 Kapıda. Even though I used the product only a few times, as of yesterday the inner sections started coming apart, causing severe deformation of the mattress. I am also attaching current photos of the product.
After the issue occurred, I contacted A101 Kapıda customer service and was directed to Bestway customer support. Bestway customer service then gave me an email address and asked me to send the photos. However, after submitting my request, they told me they could not help and that I needed to contact the store where I purchased the product. When I contacted A101 Kapıda again, I was told that I needed to speak with technical service. I am being continuously redirected to different parties, which is causing ongoing inconvenience, and my issue remains unresolved.
Even though the product is still under warranty, I am requesting a replacement for this mattress, which has clearly come apart at the seams and shows obvious signs of a manufacturing defect. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I would like to state that I will exercise my legal rights and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
