I also attempted to reach the company using the phone numbers listed on the site, but I never received any response or assistance. My order number is K119164349, and I want to return the products from this order within the legal return period.
I request that my return process be started immediately and that the full amount I paid for the related t-shirts be refunded to me without any deductions. The inability to access a return code and the complete lack of customer support have caused serious frustration and inconvenience.
