Kappa Return System Would Not Generate a Return Code
I purchased several t-shirts from the Kappa website. However, when I decided to return the products, I was unable to obtain a return code through the system, which prevented me from sending the items back. Despite trying multiple times on March 4, March 10, and March 16, the system never generated a return code for my order.
Regarding this issue, I contacted the company three separate times through the messaging section on the website. I also attempted to reach the company using the phone numbers listed on the site, but I never received any response or assistance. My order number is K119164349, and I want to return the products from this order within the legal return period.
I request that my return process be started immediately and that the full amount I paid for the related t-shirts be refunded to me without any deductions. The inability to access a return code and the complete lack of customer support have caused serious frustration and inconvenience.
