Kappa Generated an Invalid Return Code for My Order

I created a return request for several products purchased through Kappa. When I went to Aras Kargo on Monday with the return code shown in my account, the employee informed me that the code was invalid and that they could not process the shipment. Even though the return code appears correctly in the Kappa system, the cargo company refuses to accept it, which means I am unable to return the products.
I have tried contacting Kappa customer service multiple times, but I have not been able to reach any representative or receive any assistance. Because of this, my return process has been left unresolved and stuck in limbo. I am losing time and experiencing unnecessary frustration because I still cannot send the products back.
I request that Kappa create a new and valid return code to replace the one currently shown in my account that Aras Kargo labeled as “invalid.” I also want the return process to be completed as soon as possible so that I can return the products without further problems or delays.
