I ordered two items from Kappa on February 10, but one of them was too small. Immediately, I followed Kappa's official return process precisely, sending the item back exactly as instructed. However, it's now been over two weeks since I returned the product, and Kappa hasn't responded to my refund request at all! This total lack of customer service is completely unacceptable—I’m extremely disappointed by their negligence and disregard for customers. I've made multiple attempts to reach out, yet no response or refund has been provided. Kappa, stop ignoring your customers' rightful demands! I urgently demand that you refund my money without further delay.
