Kahoot Gold Annual Subscription Cannot Be Canceled Before Trial Ends

I purchased the Kahoot Gold package on an annual plan. The subscription included a one-week free trial, but now, with two days left in the trial, I am unable to cancel it.

When I check the app, it says there is no active subscription. However, I received an SMS stating that if I do not cancel, the full amount will be charged automatically. This is misleading and unfair because the app gives me no option to cancel, yet warns that a payment will be taken.

I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately. I should either be able to cancel my subscription within the trial period or receive confirmation that no money will be charged. Customers should not be trapped into payments they did not agree to.
