Kahoot Free Trial Charged 7,233 TL – Refund Request for Wrong Billing Issue

On August 26, 2025, I attempted to sign up for the Kahoot Gold plan’s 1-week free trial. However, instead of a free trial, my credit card was immediately charged 7,233 TL.
My account is registered with the email address m********@gmail.com.** I promptly contacted Kahoot customer support via email, but I have not received any response to this issue. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and it has caused significant financial stress.
I demand that Kahoot refund the full 7,233 TL immediately and ensure that customers are not charged during what is clearly advertised as a free trial period. Charging such a large amount without proper notice or consent is completely unacceptable.
I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, with my money refunded and an explanation provided for why this error occurred.
