Kahoot App Wrongfully Charged After Child’s Trial Subscription

My child started a trial subscription in the Kahoot app on Monday. By Sunday morning, I woke up to a text message from my bank stating that ₺5,990 had been withdrawn from my account. The app processed this payment without sending me any prior notification or confirmation.

I have never logged into the app myself, and I do not use it. Even after uninstalling the app from the device, the subscription fee was still charged. This is completely unacceptable.

I immediately filed a dispute through Apple, but I also want to file a complaint directly against Kahoot. Charging a large sum of money without transparency, proper alerts, or explicit consent is unfair and misleading.

I am demanding a full refund of the ₺5,990 taken from my account and a guarantee that no further charges will occur. Parents should not have to deal with unexpected, unauthorized charges caused by apps their children use for school.
