Kahoot Free Trial Wrongly Charged 1-Year Fee and Refund Not Received

I signed up for the 7-day free trial on Kahoot, but during the process I was unexpectedly asked to provide a photo of my debit card. Shortly afterward, instead of a free trial, a full 1-year subscription fee was charged to my card.
I submitted a refund request, and Kahoot informed me that the money had been refunded. However, the refund has never actually reached my account. This is highly concerning, both because of the unusual card photo request and the fact that the refund has not been properly processed.
I demand that Kahoot immediately return the full subscription fee that was wrongly taken from my account and provide proof of the refund transaction. Customers should not be forced to go through such an invasive and misleading process for what is advertised as a free trial.
