I decided to upgrade to a higher plan in the Kahoot app, thinking I would pay the monthly rate of ₺48 and that I could cancel anytime. Instead, the app immediately charged me the full 12-month amount of ₺580 without proper notice or confirmation.

To make matters worse, there is no customer service number, support line, or direct contact available to resolve this issue. This lack of transparency and customer support feels like misleading marketing and unfair treatment toward consumers.

I am demanding a full refund of the ₺580 that was unfairly charged to my account. Subscriptions should clearly state the billing method, and customers should never be tricked into paying annual fees when they expect monthly billing.
