Juul Delayed My Two Day Shipping and Refused a Refund
It was very frustrating for me to deal with Juul's delivery and customer support. I ordered a gadget and a few pods and chose their premium "expedited two-day shipping" option because I wanted them before I left. The package came four days late with no explanation, and when I called customer service to ask for a refund for the shipping cost, they didn't care at all. I had to call three times just to obtain a generic apology and a vague promise that they were "looking into it." In the end, they said the delay was because of a problem with the warehouse, but they still wouldn't give a refund. It's quite dishonest to advertise a premium service, not deliver it, and then avoid taking responsibility. Stay away from Juul's website if you want reliable shipping or even a basic degree of customer service.
