GeekVape Wenax M1 Gave Me Burnt Hit, Their Support Did Nothing!!

About four months ago, I bought a GeekVape Wenax M1, expecting reliability from a reputable brand. Right out of the box, the first pod tasted burned on the first inhale. Thinking it might be a defect, I ordered two packs of replacement pods over the next six months. Out of six pods, four burned out in less than a week, despite proper priming and using the recommended wattage. Frustrated, I reached out to GeekVape customer support, only to receive a dismissive response that essentially said, "Not our problem." The product quality is terrible, and their lack of accountability makes it worse. I strongly advise against buying GeekVape—I certainly won’t again.
