I recently bought a Voopoo vape pod, expecting the standard quality and compatibility Voopoo promises. However, after receiving it, I realized immediately that it doesn’t even fit properly with my device. Now I'm stuck trying to exchange it, and the process is proving far more difficult than I ever imagined. Why does it have to be so complicated to exchange a product that clearly has a compatibility issue? I've always trusted Voopoo’s reliability, but this experience is turning out to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I'm left feeling like I've wasted my money and my time. Voopoo, your customer service needs urgent improvement—I demand you resolve this issue promptly by facilitating an immediate exchange or refund. Customers deserve better treatment!
