After starting the free trial in the Remini app, I canceled my subscription through my iPhone. Despite this, I realized that since December, approximately $6 has been charged every month, totaling about $29, without my knowledge. Even though I canceled the subscription, I do not understand how these charges continued.
Because the payments were reflected on my phone bill, mixed in with other charges like Netflix, I did not notice them for a long time and only recently became aware of the issue. As soon as I realized what was happening, I contacted Apple Support to request a refund, and I also plan to contact the app directly.
I do not accept being charged regularly for a subscription that I believed I had canceled and did not consent to. I am requesting a full refund of all amounts charged and the complete termination of the subscription.
