Regarding ordering, Vuse has been nothing but a bother; I have enough. I cannot count the times I have experienced problems with next-day delivery not arriving on time, or worse, my orders being canceled without explanation. They still give useless tracking links to make it even more annoying! Every time I call customer care, I find myself wasting a lot of time on their web chat seeking responses. I have essentially become an expert at tracking refunds and missing orders as over the past few months I have had so many issues with their service. Although they have sent me some free vapes as apologies, the frustration and continuous delays still outweigh any one item. To be honest, I hoped better.
