The Remini app charged a $3 subscription fee from the card registered to my Apple account on June 7 and September 11 without my knowledge or approval. I do not actively use the app, and I only became aware of these charges when reviewing my bank transactions. After noticing this, I immediately canceled the subscription.
I have my bank statements and payment records related to these charges. Since I have difficulty communicating in a foreign language, I was unable to send an email to the app’s support team, and I have not yet spoken with Apple or my bank regarding this transaction.
I am requesting a full refund of the $3 subscription fees that were charged without my consent and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent any unauthorized withdrawals from my account in the future.
