Jeep Dealership Failed to Respond to My Purchase Inquiry

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, I contacted the Jeep Trabzon dealership to inquire about purchasing a Jeep vehicle. Despite calling three times and providing my contact information, no one got back to me. Each time I called, the receptionist failed to transfer me to a sales consultant, leaving me unable to ask even a single question or get any information.

When I tried to explain my concerns to the receptionist, her dismissive tone and unprofessional attitude made the situation even worse. Additionally, your website does not function properly, and your staff lacks effective communication skills. I was seriously considering buying a Jeep, but this poor experience has completely changed my decision. I hope Jeep addresses these issues and improves customer service at this dealership.
