On April 27, 2026, around 10:00 AM, I ordered a Huawei FreeClip product from Amazon as a birthday gift for my spouse. I specifically chose this item because the product page clearly stated “next-day delivery,” and I planned everything based on the promise that it would arrive on time.
However, the product was not delivered on the specified date, and I was not given any notification or update regarding the delay. The birthday gift that was supposed to arrive today still has not been delivered, which prevented me from celebrating this special occasion as planned. This situation is both disappointing and unacceptable in terms of customer satisfaction.
When I contacted Amazon customer service, they only mentioned that a “priority request” had been created, but no concrete solution or clear delivery timeline was provided. My order number is 403-3605788-9592300.
I request that this issue be resolved, that a clear explanation for the delay be provided, and that appropriate compensation be offered due to the inconvenience caused by the failure to meet the promised next-day delivery.
