Amazon Cancels My Orders Due To Suspicious Activity Without Explanation

For about 3 months, I have not been able to place any orders on Amazon. Every order I try to place gets canceled, and I receive an email stating that it was canceled “suspicious activity.” I even tried creating a new account, but the same issue continues—my orders are still being canceled.

All my payments are made using a virtual card registered in my own name, and I approve every transaction through 3D Secure SMS verification. Despite this, the system continues to flag my orders as suspicious and cancels them repeatedly.

When I contacted customer service, no real solution was provided. The representative did not fully understand the issue and could not give a clear explanation. I was not asked for any additional documents or verification, so I have no idea why I am being blocked in this way.

I request that Amazon clearly explain why my account and orders are being flagged for suspicious activity, conduct the necessary checks, remove this unjust restriction on my orders, and resolve the issue permanently.
