I purchased a new Jeep Compass on April 30, 2024. Within a week, the vehicle broke down twice, shutting itself off. The car had only 1,800 km (about 1,118 miles) on it after one month of active use. They claimed the battery was empty, charged it, and sent me on my way, refusing my request for a new battery. They returned the car on May 23, 2024, but on May 24, 2024, it broke down again on the road. It was towed to Bilen Auto Service in Adana. This time, they said there's no problem with the battery, but there's an electrical issue in the transmission, and they're keeping the car. There's no loaner car, no information sharing - nothing. The headquarters keeps opening complaint files, but the dealership doesn't seem to care. We're the ones suffering. The brand doesn't stand behind its product, the dealers are ridiculous, and the service advisors are incoherent. The photos show two breakdowns within three days.
