Brand New Citroen C5 Delivery Problem

On July 29, 2023, I initiated the process of purchasing a C4-X from Denizli C******** Citroën dealership, and we made a preliminary agreement. We were informed that the vehicle was on the ship and would be delivered within 15 days. However, when we visited the dealership after 15 days, we were told that the vehicle was awaiting clearance at the port, and they couldn't intervene in the process, suggesting we contact Citroën headquarters.
Upon contacting Citroën headquarters, we were informed that the vehicle was being held for a software update. Despite repeated inquiries, we were consistently told that it was awaiting updates. When we expressed our desire to cancel the order, they called us the next day, claiming the vehicle would arrive at the dealership by the end of September 2023. We received the vehicle but discovered that the navigation voice guidance wasn't in Turkish, despite the settings.
Returning to the dealership, we were advised that a software update was needed. We couldn't understand why the headquarters delayed the update for two months. Despite obtaining documentation from the dealership and being assured they would call us when the update arrived, no progress was made.
Each time we asked the dealership, they directed us to contact headquarters. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, as of April 4, 2024, no software update has been initiated. On our latest call, they couldn't provide a definitive date.
With nearly a year passing since the order, no solution has been provided. Therefore, I lodge a complaint against Citroën Headquarters for selling a defective product.
