Kiyafet Sepeti Fails to Deliver, Leaves Me Waiting for Refund

I recently made a purchase from Kıyafet Sepeti, and to my disappointment, the item I had my eye on in their catalog turned out to be out of stock. We made a refund request on December 7, 2023, and were given assurance that it would be processed within 15 days, along with the creation of a refund record. However, on December 25, 2023, after contacting the site, we were directed to the finance department, but unfortunately, no further communication took place. On January 8, 2024, we reached out to customer service once more, and they assured us that they would elevate the issue to the finance center. Today, on January 11, 2024, following yet another call to customer service, we were once again promised a transfer to the finance center, but unfortunately, we were left without any resolution.
