Amazon Refund Not Received And Customer Service Fails To Resolve Issue

On April 18, 2026, I purchased an Apple iPhone MagSafe battery pack and a shoe organizer from Amazon, totaling $180. My refund for order number 408-5647456-6393164 was reportedly processed on the same day, but I was told it was rejected by my bank.

However, when I contacted my bank (Enpara), they confirmed that there is no issue with my account or card and that no refund transaction has been received on their end. Amazon customer service initially told me the refund would appear on my card by April 28. When I called again on April 28, I was told to wait until May 5, and that I would need to call them again afterward or no action would be taken.

When I asked, “What happens if I don’t call again?” the representative hung up on me. I experienced similar disrespectful and unhelpful behavior in multiple other calls. I have contacted Amazon support 8–9 times via phone and live chat, yet I have not received a clear timeline, written confirmation, or any concrete solution.

Since April 18, my refund has not been processed, and I feel I have been continuously misled and left without resolution. I demand that the $180 refund be issued to my card immediately and that I receive a formal apology and explanation for the poor customer service experience. Otherwise, I will pursue all available legal actions.
