On December 27, 2023, I purchased a Jeep Avenger electric vehicle. At the time of purchase, I was told that only the pollen filter would need to be changed and that the maintenance costs would be lower than for regular vehicles, ranging between 3,000 and 4,000 TL. Now, seven months later, I'm being charged 7,586 TL for pollen filter replacement and inspections. This is an exorbitant increase that far exceeds the rate of inflation. I find this practice completely unacceptable and demand that the fees be reduced immediately to a reasonable level! (According to TUIK, inflation is 25% between December 2023 and July 2024, but service prices are up more than 100%.)
