Hyundai Did Not Deliver the Floor Mats and Trunk Liner Promised With My Ioniq 6
Dear Sir/Madam,
On 17.01.2025, I purchased a brand new Hyundai Ioniq 6 from your Erdemir Beylikdüzü branch and paid ₺1,700,000. During the purchase, I was assisted by your sales representative Mr. B**** D******, who provided excellent service and was very attentive throughout the process. At the time of sale, with approval from the sales manager, I was promised a complimentary set of floor mats and a trunk liner. However, despite 60 days having passed since I received the vehicle, I still have not received the promised items. Every time I call Mr. B**** to ask about the status, he simply says, "It shows as in shipment, it will arrive soon," without providing a clear update. The promised floor mats and trunk liner have still not been delivered. This situation does not reflect well on your company’s professionalism. The quality of customer service should not end once the sale is completed. I am requesting the immediate delivery of the floor mats and trunk liner that were promised to me at the time of purchase. I expect a prompt response and an update regarding the delivery.
