Nissan Sold Me A Qashqai With Missing Features and No Delivery Yet
In September, I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from a dealership in Istanbul, and although the invoice was issued, the vehicle has still not been delivered. During the purchase stage, it was clearly stated both on the official website and in the showroom that the car would include features such as wireless charging, an armrest, and a spare tire. However, before delivery, after seeing similar complaints, I contacted the dealer and was told, “Yes, we also just received an email, the cars will arrive with missing equipment.” Unfortunately, I cannot reach a responsible contact, and I will definitely take legal action regarding this matter, starting with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. It is unacceptable to mislead people under the guise of a campaign and cause them such grievances after a purchase. I demand that either the missing equipment be provided in return for the payment I made or that my loss be compensated.
