Despite the tracking status showing “delivered,” no parcel was received at my address, and no notice was left. When I contacted the relevant parties, I was only told that the item was delivered, without any clear explanation, delivery address confirmation, or proof of delivery. I request that Attractive Store provide detailed proof of delivery for shipment JCZ0122026982DH, including the exact address where the package was delivered and any delivery confirmation obtained. Since I did not receive my order, I also request a full refund of the amount I paid for these handmade sea glass items.
