JCEX shows my parcel delivered but I never received it; how can I report this issue?

If JCEX shows your parcel as delivered but you didn’t receive it;

• Contact JCEX customer support immediately via email or website form and report that the tracking shows delivered but the package is missing
• Provide your order number, tracking number, delivery date/time, delivery address, and screenshots of the delivery status

Ask them to;

• Open a delivery investigation with the courier or last-mile carrier
• Provide proof of delivery (signature, photo, GPS scan) if available
• Coordinate with the carrier to locate, recover, or compensate for the missing parcel

If the problem persists;

File a complaint on Xolvie to seek investigation, delivery recovery, or a refund
