USPS Package Not Delivered and No Notification Provided

The product I ordered from abroad shows in the tracking system that it was returned on August 9, 2024 because I was not found at home. However, no one ever came to my house, and I did not receive any call, message, or notification about a delivery attempt.

Customer service also does not answer the phone, so I cannot get any information about my shipment. I simply want to locate my package and receive it.

I paid approximately $227 for this order, but I still cannot access the product I purchased.
