I placed an order on the Levi's website on January 22, 2026. The shipment appears in Track 718 with the tracking number ZZEX250920084068YQ. According to the tracking information, the package was supposedly delivered on February 14, 2026, but I never received anything at my address. Despite the fact that the system shows it as delivered, I did not receive the package, no neighbor signed for it, and I have not been given any proof of delivery. I tried to contact Levi about this situation, but I did not receive any clear response or solution. I request that a detailed investigation be carried out urgently with the carrier to clarify where my order was delivered, who supposedly received it, and what really happened to the shipment. Depending on the results of this investigation, I also expect Levis to offer me an appropriate solution, whether that is sending the products again or refunding the amount paid.
