Track718 Shows Delivered Status for Missing Ralph Lauren Order
The product I purchased from RalphLauren.com on September 18, with tracking number HMG AX1000612924CD, appears as “delivered” in the shipment tracking system of Track718. However, I definitely did not receive the product. My delivery address is in Kayseri, and I thoroughly checked the surrounding area—no delivery was made.
I paid $104 by credit card for this order. I have a shipment activity log sent via email showing that the item was marked as delivered. However, since the product never reached me, I am requesting a full refund.
Despite sending multiple emails to both Track718 and RalphLauren.com customer service, I have received no response at all. This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and I am asking for my situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
