On January 22, 2025, the tracking information was updated to “delivered,” but I have not received this package, even though the delivery address on the order is correct. After noticing that the package status showed as delivered, I contacted SHEIN customer service. I was told to contact the delivery company and verify that I did not receive the package. Despite this, the fact remains that the parcel has not reached me, and I have no information on where it was actually delivered.
