JCEX Package Not Delivered Nee
I placed an order with SHEIN for a black strapless bra to be delivered to my address in Blacksburg, South Carolina, United States. The tracking number for this shipment is JCZ0120064759DH. On January 22, 2025, the tracking information was updated to “delivered,” but I have not received this package, even though the delivery address on the order is correct. After noticing that the package status showed as delivered, I contacted SHEIN customer service. I was told to contact the delivery company and verify that I did not receive the package. Despite this, the fact remains that the parcel has not reached me, and I have no information on where it was actually delivered. I request that my order be investigated urgently, the actual delivery location be clarified, and that I either receive the product I paid for or be refunded in full as soon as possible.
