JBL Tune Flex 2 Microphone Noise Issue Ignored by Service Center

On March 18, 2026, I purchased a pair of JBL Tune Flex 2 headphones from the Media Markt store at Ankara Kentpark Mall for approximately ₺3,500, paid by bank card. From the first day of use, I noticed that during phone calls, the microphone transmitted wind, ambient, vehicle, crackling and hissing sounds to the other party at a very disturbing level, which made it impossible to have clear conversations and prevented me from using the product as intended. Because of this issue, on April 24 I sent the product for inspection to Aztek through the Media Markt store where I bought it. After the inspection, the headphones were returned to me with the information that all tests had been carried out and no fault had been found. However, the microphone problem has not been resolved in any way, and the same disturbing background and crackling noises continue during calls. Following this, I contacted customer service again, but I was informed that the only thing I could do was to send the product once more for inspection, with no clear assurance that a different result would be reached than before. Considering that the problem is ongoing and that my previous service experience did not provide a solution, I do not find this suggestion satisfactory. In light of these issues and based on the previous case number T014-52304-R-C, I request that the decision of “no issue found” be reviewed, that my experience be taken into account as evidence of a malfunction affecting normal use, and that a full refund be provided for my JBL Tune Flex 2 headphones so that my grievance can be resolved.
