JBL Tune 570BT Not Turning On or Charging

I have been using a JBL Tune 570BT headphone that I purchased from MediaMarkt approximately two years ago. At the time of purchase, I also bought an additional warranty/protection plan. About a week ago, the device began malfunctioning.
The headphones no longer power on or charge properly. On the rare occasion that they do turn on, they immediately shut off after connecting.
I have not yet contacted MediaMarkt or JBL customer service regarding this issue, but I would like assistance in using my warranty and extended protection coverage. I am requesting that my headphones be repaired free of charge or, if repair is not possible, replaced with a new and defect-free product. I also ask to be clearly informed about the next steps in the warranty process.
