I Bought JBL Tune 310C and Right Side Stopped Working After Just One Year

Hello, I purchased a JBL Tune 310C wired headset from MediaMarkt Haramidere, Istanbul, for ₺799. I specifically chose this model because I trusted JBL’s quality and preferred a wired connection for reliability. Unfortunately, just as the warranty period ended, the right earbud stopped working completely. The left side still produces sound, but there is no audio from the right.
I feel extremely disappointed. It seems like the product was engineered to last only until the warranty expired. Is this really the level of durability we should expect from a brand like JBL? I expected far better quality and longevity.
I request that JBL or MediaMarkt take responsibility for this product failure and offer a replacement or repair, even though the device is just slightly beyond its warranty period. A headset from a reputed brand shouldn’t fail right after one year.
