JBL t560bt Headphones Sound Issue In A Short Time

I bought the JBL t560bt headphones from the Ankara Nata Vega Media Markt store. feeling all pumped up to try out this wireless audio thing, but then I hit a little snag.  the left earbud of my headphones totally crapped out on me. No sound at all. trying to figure things out and thought I'd just hit up the service center. Thinking that maybe the problem could be fixed easily, I gave the headphones to get checked and fixed. I was so stoked for my headphones to come back. bummed out when, a week later, I got my headphones back with a note that said, "No problem found (sent back)." It was obvious that the headphones were sent back without getting fixed or checked. I popped on the headphones and really focused in, but the left earbud was still dead quiet, which just confirmed that the issue hadn't been fixed. what kind of service this is??
