I Bought JBL Tune 310C and Right Side Stopped Working After Just One Year
"Hello, Following my complaint, I received a call from JBL Beşiktaş Service, and I honestly didn’t expect such a quick response. I’d especially like to thank Mr. Emirhan, who called me—he was very attentive. I took the headphones to the Marmara Park MediaMarkt store, explained the issue, and they immediately gave me a new pair. I'm truly grateful to JBL for standing behind their product."
