The Problem Of My JBL Headset Not Being Fixed By The Authorized Service
Since the silicones of my JBL brand Bluetooth headphones came out, I sent them to the authorized service under warranty via Hepsiburada. Although the authorized service accepted that the product was deformed, they informed me that it could not be repaired and that it could not be replaced because the same product was not in production. And they offered to solve the problem by paying back 750 lira for my product, which I bought about 750 lira about 20 months ago. I guess they are not aware that 750 lira is no longer the same value due to the inflation difference in the intervening 20 months. I do not think that the JBL brand and warranty will allow such an unlawful practice. Since I assume that some people are meddlesome, I want JBL to remove my grievance as soon as possible. Such poor quality authorized service does not suit the JBL brand
