New JBL Bluetooth Headphones Keep Cutting Out on First Use

I purchased a JBL Bluetooth headset today from Vatan Bilgisayar for $26 USD. I started using the product about two hours ago, and the issue appeared during the very first use. While listening to lesson content on my computer, the sound keeps cutting out, making it impossible to use the headphones properly.
Because I purchased the product today and experienced this problem immediately, I find this situation unacceptable for a brand-new device. I have not yet contacted JBL or the store for support since the issue just occurred, but I request that these defective headphones be replaced as soon as possible with a new, fully functional product.
